Book your New Year's Eve at Hotel du Vin and enjoy an inspired and mouthwatering menu, each Hotel du Vin has a uniquely created menu, and below is a sample of some of the classic dishes available:

Champagne and canapes on arrival

Starters:
Gourmande terrine, petite salad, rustic baguette• Seafood platter of lobster, oysters and prawns served with traditional condiments • Braised oxtail chowder •Goat's cheese and caramelised onion filo pastry parcel, rocket and roasted pine nut salad, pesto dressing

Lemon Sorbet

Mains:
Yorkshire beef Wellington, wilted spinach, rosemary sauce • Seared cod, potato rosti, sauteed salsify and wild mushroom, red wine sauce • Millford farm Duroc pork belly confit, potato fondant, swede puree, calvados sauce • Sweet potato risotto, parmesan shavings, balsamic reduction

If food is not part of your plan, then join us in the bar from 10pm. Enjoy a whisky from our extensive selection or a great glass of wine or two or three, all complimented with a live band, piper, light bites and those all important bells.
